Sunny week :D Yay. I have also tried to do a bit of exercise moves every day, I am trying to find the right routine though.
Saturday 5 km bike + 45 min walk
Sunday 7,7 km walk
Monday 5 km bike + 35 min walk
Tuesday 10 km bike
Wednesday 5 km bike (my bad I did not write it down on twitter so I can't remember if we walked longer than our usual walk or not ) so..30 min walk?
Thursday 9 km bike + 1 hour workout
Friday 5 km bike + 8,2 km walk
