Monday - 10 km bike and 1 hour workout class
Tuesday - 5 km bike and 50 min walk
Wednesday - 5 km bike and 30 min walk
Thursday - 5 km bike and 30 min walk
Friday 5 km bike and 1 hour walk

    1. Intense and crazy! With a military leader, lol, well almost. It was 30 minutes of dancing and warming up and then 30 minutes of muscles
